Customer Engagement Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients over the phone to schedule appointments.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in spoken English (other language abilities are a plus).
- Maintain a positive working attitude at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling basic enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and update appointment schedules when needed.
- Participate in on-the-job training to improve communication and scheduling skills.
- Perform other simple administrative or support tasks as assigned.
Business Consultant
Responsibilities:
Offer independent financing solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals.
Conduct in-depth fact-finding and financial needs analysis to understand client requirements.
Deliver prompt, reliable, and high-quality customer service throughout the consultation process.
Work proactively to achieve sales revenue and profitability targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain an active portfolio of accounts.
Prospect and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided.
Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only.
Tertiary education preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong interest in finance, lending, and helping businesses grow.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
