Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients over the phone to schedule appointments.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in spoken English (other language abilities are a plus).
  • Maintain a positive working attitude at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service while handling basic enquiries.
  • Follow up with leads and update appointment schedules when needed.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to improve communication and scheduling skills.
  • Perform other simple administrative or support tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer independent financing solutions tailored to the needs of businesses and individuals.

  • Conduct in-depth fact-finding and financial needs analysis to understand client requirements.

  • Deliver prompt, reliable, and high-quality customer service throughout the consultation process.

  • Work proactively to achieve sales revenue and profitability targets.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain an active portfolio of accounts.

  • Prospect and onboard new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided.

  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) only.

  • Tertiary education preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Strong interest in finance, lending, and helping businesses grow.

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
